We are accepting resumes for both GENERAL MANAGERS and ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGERS for both casual dining and family dining restaurants in a full service environment. We've interviewed several candidates but we are looking for the BEST OF THE BEST and we need you!

Requirements
If you are interested in such a challenging position, you must meet these requirements:
* 3+ years experince as a GENERAL MANAGER or ASSISTANT MANAGER
* Provide outstanding service to all our guests
* An ability to delegate tasks effectively and follow up with your team
* Understand cost controls and bringing profits to the bottom line
* Provide thorough training to other managers and team members
* Use sound judgement and strong business ethics
* Good communications skills
* Be able to work a schedule of 5 days and a 50-55 hour work week
