We have a great opportunity on our Financial Services Group - Capital Markets Funding Team for a Financial Analyst II. Reporting to the Securities Supervisor, this position is responsible for management of CFC’s member MTN program and daily derivatives portfolio administration as well as assisting with CFC’s securities and derivatives issuance and economics/capital markets research.

Essential Functions include:
- Responsible for daily administration of CFC’s derivatives portfolio and quarterly valuation process
- Assists in derivatives and securities execution
- Manage CFC’s member MTN program and debt service administration for CFC’s long-term funding programs
- Contributes regularly to CFC’s various Solutions publications
- Participates in CFC’s daily loan rate setting process
- Prepares capital markets and economic presentations
- Assists in debt regulatory compliance / Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis

Minimum Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalent (Finance, Economics, or Accounting) and 2 - 3 years professional experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Management, or Capital Markets. Treasury Department or Corporate Finance experience desirable, especially as it relates directly to security issuance and derivatives.

Computer & Other Skills:
- MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Access)
- Lotus Notes
- Internet skills
- Bloomberg preferred
- Good oral and written communications skills
- Must be team oriented
- Spreadsheet modeling
- Self starter
- Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation
