Product Marketing Engineer
Description:
Our next Product Marketing Engineer will be responsible for working in a smaller team of marketing staff to brainstorm marketing and product strategies that deal with Mixed Signal data converters. These strategies must be relevant to all aspects that coincide with the marketing of technical products throughout its lifecycle. This marketing team will be in charge of collateral and technical marketing that maintains our company’s future success and competitive nature.
This candidate must have the ability to give support to our customers & sales channels. He or she must be knowledgeable in the usage of our products and applications to guarantee that our sales & marketing teams can efficiently reach our target customer base.
Responsibilities:
- You will manage all facets of the technical product marketing for our Data Converter line (DACs, Signal Chain Receivers, & ADCs)
- You will be our front line of technical support & be in direct contact with both customers and the FAEs to guarantee that problems that arise are rare
-Offer support to sales teams worldwide with product presentations, quoting, collateral material, pricing, & competitive analysis
-Must understand both end applications and product benefits
-Knowledgeable in differences in competitor’s product & their technical specifications
-Skilled in writing and communication/presenting (ex: Powerpoint)
-Must be creative (ex: creating literature for publications and writing press releases)
-Proficient with the English language
-Working well under pressure, while still being personable is a must
-Ability to manage strategies within marketing campaigns
-Able to make the connection between product success and the vertical markets
-Must strive for results, while being passionate and self motivated
Requirements:
-BSEE or equivalent along with at least 3 yrs industry experience.
-Thorough understanding of the design, usage, & implementation of data converters
-Background in signal chain design and/or applications is a bonus
-Past experience in producing promotional collateral would help
