Title: Global Digital Marketing Director

Job Summary:

• Digital Marketing Director is a management position accountable for client’s global digital media strategy and marketing programs

• Oversees international media teams and deliverables

• Provides strategic leadership, understands all aspects of their client’s business and is deeply involved in the future offerings of Neo services

Responsibilities

• Leads global digital strategy across all media & marketing initiatives

• Build and maintain senior client relationships

• Demonstrate thought leadership and innovation for enhanced plans and results

• Strategy, planning and execution of digital campaigns including online tactics such as Display media, Search (SEO and SEM), Social and Mobile

• Ownership of the client relationship and oversight of all deliverables

• Set-up and oversight of needed measurement strategies

• Identify and analyze trends to gain insights and influence optimal campaign performance

• Development of testing strategies

• Foster cross-agency relationships with all departments and outside partners

• Responsible for managing a team

• Grow client business and manage their planning group P/L

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of digital media planning and/or digital marketing experience with high level clients

• Demonstrates a solid understanding of emerging channels like social media, video and content partnerships

• Proven leadership ability

• Has worked on multinational accounts and can enable cross-market media deals

• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills

• Resourceful, with proven problem solving skills
