The store management team is responsible for the overall efficient and profitable operation of the store. They strive to build sales by ensuring that the store delivers an exceptional shopping experience to each customer. Duties also include assisting with physical inventory, cash management; ordering, receiving, processing and displaying merchandise, and above all, building their store team.
We’re looking for people who:
· have shown a knack for the retail business, who realize that their daily activities drive sales and profitability, and who know how to measure their progress by tracking various store performance metrics.
· understand how to create an exceptional shopping experience for each customer.
· recognize that one person can’t run a store so they excel at selecting, training, coaching and motivating store employees to deliver excellent customer service.
· Sewing, craft or home decor experience is a plus, but not required.
