The store management team is responsible for the overall efficient and profitable operation of the store. Duties also include assisting with physical inventory, cash management; ordering, receiving, processing and displaying merchandise, and above all, building their store team.

We’re looking for people who:

· have shown a knack for the retail business, who realize that their daily activities drive sales and profitability, and who know how to measure their progress by tracking various store performance metrics.

· understand how to create an exceptional shopping experience for each customer.

· recognize that one person can’t run a store so they excel at selecting, training, coaching and motivating store employees to deliver excellent customer service.

· Sewing, craft or home decor experience is a plus, but not required.
