The Development Specialist Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Systems would assist in the development and management of large-scale business relevant projects for mapping business processes that are document intensive into work flow for ECM systems. The Development Specialist would coordinate, plan and facilitate multiple processes for re-engineering and improvement initiatives related to the enhancement of core information systems and processes. The Development Specialist provides tactical and expertise in system design and implementation of effective administrative and business processes.
The Development Specialist’s responsibilities include:
n Assist in managing projects through all stages of the project lifecycle from concept scoping, planning, execution and closeout
n Assist in coordinating with management, staff and consultants to ensure project success
n Communicates technical information effectively, both orally and in writing to staff and upper management
n Design and implement efficient enterprise content management workflow solutions using OnBase Software
n Create new OnBase workflows based on identified business opportunities
n Prepare OnBase environment for global deployment
n Work with Shared Services team in the daily management, operation and troubleshooting of OnBase issues
n Coordinate and perform business process analysis, documentation, and efficiency re-engineering requirements
Skills/Expertise
n Experience in project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools
n Hands on demonstrated knowledge and experience creating workflow / business process automation solutions using OnBase workflow, K2, BizTalk or similar workflow products
n Hands on demonstrated knowledge and experience with document management or content management systems such as Hyland OnBase, Filenet, Documentem or SharePoint content management.
n Hands on advanced knowledge of SQL Server and DBA skills including advanced query, report and stored procedure construction and optimization. SQL security, administration and experience creating SSIS packages a plus.
n Experience with HTML/CSS forms creation and with web server technologies in general.
n Hands on demonstrated knowledge of systems architecture, development, Q/A, Systems Documentation and scripting languages (VBScript, JavaScript). C# experience a plus
n Expert knowledge of Enterprise Content Management processes and development.
n Knowledge of windows server administration
n Knowledge of media business and marketplace trends is a plus
