Entry Level Loan Consultant / Credit Analyst: EC Financial

E.C. Financial currently has offices in Michigan , Pennsylvania and two in the greater Cleveland area. Due to our rapid expansion, we are moving into a larger location on Rockside in Independence. The move allows us to hire over 40 loan consultants and promote 14 Sales Directors and Client Managers within the next 6 months.

At E.C. Financial we have a policy of promoting from within our organization. Any candidates looking to develop sales skills and manage a team of 5 - 10 Loan Officers should apply. Although we will not hire into a management position, after only 3 months of performance, you could be considered for a management training position.

LOAN CONSULTANT'S RESPONSIBILITIES:

· use the information provided to contact customers with a recent mortgage inquiry on their credit report and/or are current FHA mortgage in order to originate loan applications

· structure a new loan to accomplish the customer's objectives - lower rate, consolidation, monthly savings, etc...

· review credit report, payment history, DTI ratios, LTV ratios and other qualifying information with the customer

· propose the new loan to the customer, the loan benefits, and all their financial options while remaining in contact throughout the loan process

· Work with Sales Directors and COO to track pipeline and move loans through the process within 2 - 3 weeks

· work with the in house processing team to help retrieve all 3rd party information involved in the loan process - title, payoffs, proof of home owners insurance, appraisal, income documentation, verification of employment, disclosures, etc....

· work with your Sales Director and the Chief Business Operator to place loan with the lender offering the customer the best option and turn time, clearing all approval stipulations and moving the loan through to the closing and disbursement of funds

- training program separated into 2 phases; the 1st week focuses on originating loans while the 2nd week educates the Loan Consultant on structuring the loan and presenting the proposal
