
Responsibilities/Description: The Project Manager will sell, plan, coordinate and manage Field Service projects for the revamp and installation of Dresser-Rand (D-R) overhaul and non-nameplate equipment. This person will be responsible for total D-R coordination to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction with services and equipement.
Qualifications: Position Qualifications: Required: The legal authorization to work in the U.S. for any U.S. employer A minimum of 10+ years of relevant management experience Prior experience with client interaction Prior supervisory experience The willingness and ability to travel up to 60% domestically Proficiency with MS Office Suite, specfically MS Project or Primavera

Job Specific Responsibilities/Qualifications: Quote projects Negotiate with clients on projects regarding job scope and pricing. Initiate project manpower requirements & tooling requirements. Manage project costs and margins. Communicate with client during projects, relative to costs and job progress. Communicate with client and Repair Center on jobs sent to the Repair Center. Manage other project costs such as living expenses, accommodations, transportation, consumables, etc. Collect project daily report information, assessments, repair reports from Repair Center, Field Service Representative(s) and Repair Center were applicable. Present final job report to client. Arrange for post job meeting with client. Collect information and back up on reworks and client claims and complaints. Manage project safety including client. Marketing & Sales Annual Bookings.
