Management in Social Service Agency - LPHA



Heritage Behavioral Health Center is a progressive and

comprehensive private not-for-profit behavioral health care

provider located in Decatur, Illinois.

are soliciting applications for a

DIVISION MANAGER, COMMUNITY SERVICES

Full time leadership position is responsible for: 1) assisting with design and implementation of programming for our SPMI population; 2) development/sign-off of treatment plans for SPMI clients in case management, supported employment, and various residential programs; 3) providing staff training and development on a regular basis; and 4) clinical supervision of MHP and RSA staff. Masters degree in human service field, plus licensure as an LCSW or LCPC in the state of Illinois and the ability to function as an LPHA, are minimum requirements. Candidates must have a strong outreach orientation and a desire to work with the persistently mentally ill and dually diagnosed populations. Previous experience or a strong desire to share knowledge and teach/coach/mentor other individuals is highly recommended. Excellent customer service skills, plus the ability to relate with a positive attitude to a wide variety of people and situations, are requirements for all positions in our organization.

All Heritage positions require valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable means of transportation. In addition, criminal and DCFS background checks, and pre-employment drug test are required prior to employment.
