Location: Atlanta, Georgia or Orlando, Florida

Duties and Qualifications:

Responsible for administrative and analytical functions providing statistical data, project management, management reporting and policy development. Typically requires ability to organize, direct and perform analysis, must have ability to exercise judgment and initiative to resolve problems. Must be able to direct or facilitate a project/task force team to address specific issues or work on specific tasks, become the liaison with programming, designing logic for program systems, develop oral and written communications, recommend improvements to standard practices and procedures and ability to work closely with all levels of employees. Must have solid PC skills including Lotus and WordPerfect and ability to develop solid business procedures or policies and strong presentation skills.

Minimum Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years banking experience
- Demonstrated problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience using data mining software (SAS, SQL, ACCESS, etc.)
- Ability to navigate into multiple systems
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
- 3 to 5 years card fraud experience

Preferred Skills:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree = Computer Science/Information Technology
- Project Management Experience
