Customer Care Pro - Corporate Services Inbound Phone Tier 2



Provide expert ? level service to major corporations regarding all aspects of Corporate Card programs, resulting in flawless delivery of World Class Customer Service.

Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
? Facilitating inbound customer service and credit relationship calls to all Corporate Card clients
? Performing account maintenance, answers general billing inquiries, and assist with research on detailed questions.
? Educating new and existing clients on American Express products and services
? Encouraging expansion of card programs through focused sales strategies and enrollments
? Educate Program Administrators on Web functionality and assist with enrollment, maintenance, and site navigation
? Serving as a liaison between field sales and the client to resolve issues at first point of contact
? Manage Corporate Card program receivables, ensuring AMEX profitability while maximize recovery of client balances

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
? One year of customer service experience
? Proven relationship building, negotiation, problem solving, and analytical skills
? Ability to analyze and assess needs of clients
? Strong flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple tasks within stringent time frames while maintaining accuracy.
? Work independently in a fast paced structured environment with minimal supervision
? Proficient PC skills including experience with MS Office products and internet navigation
? High school diploma or equivalent required
? Must be flexible to work any shift during core hours of operations Monday through Friday from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m. Closed all major holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:
? Experience working in a high volume call center environment
