In this position, you will be in charge of recruiting, training and retaining volunteers for our Child Life Program. Responsibilities include overseeing volunteer processing, supervising volunteers in playroom settings, managing playroom supply inventory, and performing secretarial and administrative duties.

To qualify you must have a bachelor’s degree in child development, child life, family studies or a related field along with previous experience in an environment strongly focused on customer service (preferably in healthcare and/or human resources). Experience with children is crucial, as is proficiency with word processing and database management software applications. Our ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish) and have previous supervisory experience.
