    Heavy Diesel Instructor
This position will start in MS. Will pay relocation to MS. The position then will move to either Dallas TX, Fort Wayne IN or Grand Blanc, MI after about 3-6 months. Will pay relocation again. 1. Conducts training programs on Diesel trucks, Engines and Electrical Systems 2. Makes pre-training program arrangements 3. Maintains documentation and records 4. Develop relationships with the Dealership 5. Provide on the job training 1. Bachelor's degree in related field or 2 years of diesel engine experience. 2. Strong oral, presentation and written communication skills. 3. Strong interpersonal skills. 4. Moderate analytical ability. 5. Working knowledge of diesel engine operations, components and systems. 6. Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint. 7. Willingness to travel. 8. Good organizational skills. 9. Experience in conducting product related training sessions is preferred. 10. Familiarity with training equipment. ASE Master prefereed or working towards. 5 years experience in heavy duty truck market as a mechanic Preferably ASE Master Certified Preferably has worked at an International dealership
