Positions in this function are responsible for various activities related to behavioral health care, EAP and WorkLife data extraction and reporting. Duties include producing daily, weekly, and monthly utilization reports for behavioral health; extracting data through queries and developing and maintaining regular reports for quality, appeals, complaints, EAP, WorkLife and regulatory audits. Collaborating with users in the development and completion of ad hoc reporting as needed. Working with multiple systems and data sources to compile and analyze data. Coordinate work with corporate reporting organization. Must be able to work independently, develop good working relationships with users, and be resourceful in developing contacts in the larger organization. Required experience using database programs, preference given to applicants with Hyperion or Access experience. Prefer healthcare experience.

Qualifications
Education: BS in Computer Science or Information Systems. Experience or Equivalent: Minimum required to perform job.
Toolset:
Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
All Microsoft Office suite Experience in the healthcare industry a plus
Relational databases, word processes
2-3 years experience with one or more OLAP Tools (Hyperion/BRIO, Crystal Reporting, SAS, Micro-Strategy, COGNOS, Business Object)
Report Writing
Statistical Modeling
Quantitative Analysis
Data Analysis
Data Mining - familiar with Database design skills including normalization and data warehouse design
Experience in the healthcare industry a plus
