Job Summary
Con-way Freight (LTL) is seeking qualified Customer Service Representatives that enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. In this position, you will handle a variety of customer service projects such as billing, receivables, customer assistance, personnel, etc.
Job Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to work and contribute to a team environment. Good computer, typing and 10 key skills a must. Previous LTL and customer service experience a plus. We conduct pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
