Job Description :

Current California lic., min. 3 yrs. clinical exp. required. BSN & supervision experience preferred. JointWorks is a 26-bed unit specializing in total joint replacement patients.
Provide clinical supervision and job performance supervision of staff on Day shift. Serve as coordinator of care by making assignments and bed placements. Under the direction of the Department Director, responsible for schedules, performance evaluations, disciplinary process and unit-based CQI.
