Looking for a strong seasoned Tax Credit property manager for a large community in SW Atanta.

Candidate must have at least 3+ years as a property manager, with STRONG leadership ability. Additionally have strong working knowledge of all tax credit procedures and regulations.

Ideal candidate should be able to formulate a solid working team, provide a positive working environment and lead by example.

Must have the ability to deal effectively and professionally with residents and staff alike. Excellent work tenure and references required.

Competitive salary plus benefit package. Low to mid 50's.
