Position Description:
Positions in this function are responsible for training within a function such as Claims or Customer Service. Does not train outside of specialty. May also be involved in the design process. - Extensive work experience, possibly in multiple functions.

Qualifications Qualifications:
- 3 years - experience in operational, customer service, technical classroom delivery experience is required
- 1 year previous presentation skills are required
- Intermediate MS/Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint) skills are required
- Medicare/Medicaid and systems applications experience, preferred
- E-Learning/computer training experience, preferred
- Call Center experience is strongly desired
- MS Visio experience is a plus
