Scottrade, Inc. has an IT Security Manager position available in St. Louis, MO. The main purpose of this position is ensure all information security directives are executed to include managing the overall daily operations and engineering of the Infrastructure Security Team. The Manager will work within a team environment to maintain the security framework of Scottrade and will perform advanced data analysis across a large set of complex network and security data, identify patterns and transform the data through analytics into actionable information. Must be knowledgeable about threats, vulnerabilities and remediation. Responsibilities: - Manage the daily operations of Information Security technical staff while collaborating with the Department Management
- Set, measure and report weekly goals and training plans with each Security Engineer and Operator.
- Develop and maintain KPI's for IS technical staff
- Develop operational and engineering policies, processes, and procedures for the department
- Assist Senior Management in defining the overall information security strategy
- Work with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure all projects are on schedule and meet objectives set forth by Senior Management and the business
- Design, implement and maintain security focused infrastructure while having an in depth understanding of FDIC, FFIEC, FINRA, SEC, GLBA and PCI standards and expertise with PKI, SSL, Privacy, workflows and provision (security and identity management concepts).
- Provide technical oversight of implemented and new solutions within the department
- Evaluate new and emerging products and technologies
Expereince: - 5 years managerial experience of both people and networks required.
- 7 years in the IT Networking field.
Education: - Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
