Hope Community Resources, Inc. is growing and hiring positions based out of our Soldotna Office.

On-Demand Support Specialist provides direct support to individuals experiencing disabilities in a variety of settings. Successful applicant will have a flexible schedule and be able to fill in when needed.

Care Coordinator provides planning and advocacy to individuals experiencing disabilities throughout Seward & the Kenai Peninsula. This
includes coordinating services, facilitating meetings, quality assuring supports, and authoring professional documents.

Community Support Supervisor oversees services for developmentally disabled children, adolescents, and adults and ensures quality supports are provided. This involves direct supervision to a variety of staff including assisting in placing staff, assuring training is current, and providing performance feedback to staff.
