Job Description
Our client is a well established manufacturer of custom and non-standard electronic components. They are in need of a District Sales Manager for their West Coast Region. The ideal candidate will work out of their home in the San Diego, Tucson, Denver or Salt Lake City areas. The Sales Manager will be responsible for both direct selling and the management of company sales representatives. Travel can be expected of approximately 10+ nights on the road per month visiting perspective clients. The candidate must be familiar with custom or non-standard electronic components and have some experience selling to the military electronic industry and will be responsible to develop, build, and manage customer relationships, meet or exceed annual booking goals, establish and maintain district forecasts and oversee sales representatives. Job Requirements

BS in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration-Marketing or equivalent

Minimum 5+ years sales experience some of which in the military electronic industry

Management experience or schooling

Experience managing manufacturer's reps preferred.
