General Summary: The Certified Nursing Assistant provides non-professional direct patient care under the supervision and direction of an RN, utilizing the care plan.
Required: Oregon state licensure as a Certified Nursing Assistant and BLS certification. Completion of certification course for Nursing Assistants.
Preferred: At least one year's previous experience in nursing home or previous hospital experience. CNA 2 certification through the Oregon State Board of Nursing or completion of CNA2 coursework and certification when training made available.
Shift: Rotating/Variable shift.
