Vice President of Institutional Marketing Job Summary: The VP of Institutional Marketing Works in partnership with the Division Marketing heads to launch new marketing offerings, develop comprehensive related marketing programs and sales tools while also developing and implementing an effective brand marketing strategy and plan. Responsible for shaping an enterprise wide marketing strategy, web strategy, branding and advertising strategy that enhances the patron experience and helps drive incremental revenue. Reports to:President/CEO of Woodruff Arts Center Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Works collaboratively with all Divisions of Woodruff to formulate strategic integrated marketing programs. Researches, analyzes and monitors financial, technological and demographic factors to recommend ways to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize negative market changes. Drives external marketing activities to promote the programs of the Divisions in order to increase awareness, positioning, messaging and demand. Responsible for the development and execution of patron acquisition and retention initiatives that drive Divisional web site traffic and ticket sales. Create and implement a branding strategy to use ?Woodruff? as a mark of location and quality with the Divisional Brands marketing the activities and events. Develop an e-commerce and web strategy to facilitate integrated marketing programs, increase ticket sales, audience engagement and awareness. Identify metrics, create measurements, and set goals, for the enterprise wide marketing programs demonstrating a return on investment (ROI) Design, develop, implement, and lead market research projects. Analyze results and develop and execute marketing programs based on research findings. Seek and plan opportunities to grow enterprise wide earned income annually by examining pricing, packaging, and product offerings, both existing and potential.
