The Shift Leader position is an entry-level position for people looking to advance into management.
The Shift Leader 1 is responsible for the efficient operation of the store in the absence of other store management. Has joint responsibility for the coordination of store level food programs. Assists in overseeing the operation of a retail gasoline/convenience store while on duty. Helps ensure the store is operated in compliance with Company policies and Federal, State, and local laws. The Shift Leader 2 is responsible for the efficient operation of the store in the absence of store management and assists in overseeing the operation of a retail gasoline/convenience store while on duty. Completes banking and other required daily paperwork as instructed by management. Ensures the store is operated in compliance with Company policies and Federal, State, and local laws.
