TA Coordinator

Job Description:

T he Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the recruiting function. This key position requires someone who thrives in a fast paced, varied environment and requires collaboration with recruiters, operating company hiring managers, administrative assistants, HR staff and candidates throughout the hiring process. Participates as an integral part of the recruiting team in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment and exhibits strong organization skills and accuracy. This position represents and supports HR initiatives including:

Answering applicant inquiries, arranging interviews/travel, recording of all applicant data in an electronic applicant tracking system (RayCATS), processing new hire paperwork, assisting with new hire assimilation. Additional duties include, but are not limited to: writing/ running/distributing weekly reports, processing applicant expense reports and department invoices for payment, coordinating special Talent Acquisition events/projects, preparing interview/offer/orientation packets, ordering office supplies, general support duties as required
Required Skills:
-A minimum of six years administrative experience (or a combination of college education and experience).
-Demonstrated ability to deal with confidential and highly sensitive information.
-Demonstrated capability to work with database software.
-Competent at intermediate level in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-Ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently.
-Ability to interface with all levels of management appropriately.
-Must have good communication skills and work well as part of a team
-Strong attention to detail.
-A focus on customer satisfaction.
-Competent with electronic mail software.
- Reserves conference rooms and coordinates meals, when appropriate
-Must be flexible for additional hours as necessary and maintain a polished & professional appearance at all times as this position is highly visible within the organization.

Desired Skills:
-Experience with arranging travel.
-Prior Staffing support experience in a high volume organization.
-Experience with electronic applicant tracking system.
-Assoc. of Arts degree or higher

Required Education(including Major): High School Diploma or equivalent
