MARKETING ASSISTANT NEEDED FOR A DYNAMIC COMPANY

ShuBee's goal is to help the residential service contractor grow their business by teaching best practices in branding, helping clients to establish a professional image & showing how to demonstrate value in the work they perform for their clients.

We are currently interviewing for a Marketing Assistant to work with the Marketing Team to develop various marketing projects across most major media platforms. This person will be responsible for the execution & tracking of print related projects, marketing collateral & direct mail projects for a variety of internal & external marketing campaigns for both ShuBee & our clients. This individual must be able to meet the demands of the executives leading the Sales Team & the Marketing Department.

The successful candidate will have strong multi-tasking, prioritization & organizational skills. This professional must be detail & goal oriented; be able to coordinate projects with minimum supervision to meet multiple deadlines; have excellent typing & proofreading skills along with outstanding written & verbal communication skills; possess exceptional knowledge of Adobe CS3. Experience in print production is a must.

The chosen candidate for this position will work with the Marketing Manager to: coordinate print production projects for clients; coordinate with staff to fulfill custom print projects for concept, creation, proofing & fulfillment; catalog production; create promotional collateral as needed to support sales staff; work with printers & vendors for various internal & external projects; create & & deploy direct mail projects

Minimum of 2 years paid work experience required. Salary is commensurate on experience. Professional portfolio of work showing projects from condept to final product is expected.
