Details of this critical opening follow: MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist in planning and implementation of ACE Group employee volunteer initiatives and campaigns that are associated with ACE volunteer and foundation activities » e.g. United Way nationally, Partners in Hope nationally, Red Cross Walk, Philadelphia Cares Day, Fairmount Park Clean-up days, IRC field office volunteer activities, PAL Holiday activities. » Establish and implement employee committees across the US and act as a contact point for field HR & employees to help align field volunteer efforts with business rationale. * Oversee application and selection process for ACE Worldwide Scholarship Program, Spencer Scholarship Program and IRC Summer Internship program. * Manage ACE’s Pennsylvania State Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program from applications to disbursements to fostering relationships with organizations – all while ensuring measurable impact as well as coordinating with the following internal departments: Tax, Legal, HR and Finance. * Manage all aspects of ACE’s Pennsylvania State Neighborhood Assistance Tax Credit program from payment, application and credits while coordinating with the following ACE departments: Tax, legal, HR and Finance. * Work with Communications to create and maintain communication avenues to inform employees about ACE volunteer initiatives around the country. * Data entry for Matching Gift applications in Microedge database. * Special projects and administrative tasks as they arise, including: expense reports, mail organization, filing and other projects. SCOPE INFORMATION: * Position reports to Vice President, Global Corporate External Affairs and Executive Director of ACE Charitable Foundation.
