Provide leadership to diverse and talented project teams within Customer Support Operations. Collaborate with the CSO management team to understand their business objectives, develop and manage a project plans and ensure successful on-time, on-budget delivery of multiple concurrent large-scale enterprise projects Main Duties • Leading multiple concurrent project initiatives from proposal through implementation within the Customer Support Organization • The ability to identify and analyze project or system requirements, document and develop recommendations and technical specifications. • Prepares and maintains an overall program plan and any related project plans to document planning assumptions and decisions, facilitate communications among stakeholders and document approved program cost, schedule and scope baselines • Participate in quality management reviews, ensure that all program and project lifecycle checkpoints are met and with the level of quality to ensure project/program success • Key point of contact for the program and for program communications including reports out to the to the Executive Sponsor, and Program Leadership Team on Program status • Measure and monitor progress at clearly defined points in the process to ensure that the project is delivered on-time, within budget and that exceeds expectations. Balance scope, schedule, budget, quality and risks. Making adjustments as necessary • Represent the project team at stakeholder meetings. Qualifications: Education level: Must have a BA/BS or equivalent experience Work Experience: minimum 5 years experience managing large projects Certifications/Accreditations: Minimum 2 certifications (CPM, CPM II or PMP) Key competencies Technical skills & Knowledge: Experience working with related technologies and projects, and possess advanced analytical, communication and project management skills. Must have at least 5 years of strong proven program management skills with at least 8 years experiences in a fast paced, high technology environment Other Abilities required: Must have proven experience organizing and expressing written and verbal communications clearly, effectively, and efficiently. Must have excellent presentation skills including developing and delivering MS PowerPoint presentations, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project Proactive, energetic, professional self-starter with excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
