Providence is calling a Front Office Supervisor.
We're seeking an individual who performs all duties in a manner that promotes teamwork and reflects the Mission and Philosophy of our founders, the Sisters of Providence.
Position Specifics.
This position is located at Providence Physician Group. 1.0, Days, 8 hour shifts. Department: Mill Creek Medical Center. Location: Mill Creek. Job Summary: Supervision of assigned front office staff, temporaries and volunteers. Provides administrative support for and supervision over clinic operations. Supports the work of the clinic administrator and medical director in improving patient satisfaction, complaint resolution and for clinic performance in meeting organizational and regional goals. Responsible for the day to day supervision and scheduling of staff. Union: None.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Business college or office management training and progressively responsible experience in a medical office or a combination of education directly related work experience. Bachelors in Business Administration preferred.
Licenses/Certifications:
Current Washington State RN/LPN license(s) if supervising clinical areas.
Experience:
Knowledge of techniques in delivering quality customer service required. Knowledge of effective clinic practices and procedures required. Knowledge of Labor and Industry protocol. Knowledge of the techniques for supervising employees. Ability to build and maintain consensus with staff. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and demands. High degree of tact, poise and the ability to work independently and exercise judgement. Ability to promote effective team collaboration and quality customer services. Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with staff, physicians, and all customers. Ability to set objectives and goals and prioritize work demands. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with computer applications necessary to support clinic operations. Ability to physically perform the essential functions of the position.
