Description:
Level 1 - Help Desk Technician
- Answer Help Desk Calls
- Log Calls into Remedy
- Troubleshoot Level 1 issues
- Escalate to appropriate personnel
- Manage Remedy Queues and follow up on open tickets
- Close tickets in a timely manner.

Person would be supporting personnel both onsite and remotely. The primary location for this position is in Parsippany NJ, however, there may be an occasion that we would ask this person to work from our NY office for
a day or two.

Candidate must have Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills.
Experience in financial industry a plus.
