Are you ready to lead? Restoration Hardware is looking for a hands-on Recruiting Leader will be responsible for the updating and implementing our recruitment programs responsible for overall sourcing, selection and retention of specialty retail talent for corporate and field on a national level. In this fun, professional and fast paced environment you will lead the recruiting process from position requirements, sourcing, screening, scheduling to making offers. This is a great opportunity to work with the HR team and leadership team to propose, establish and implement a recruitment strategy and process that will support the current and future needs of Restoration Hardware.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implements, and administers recruiting methodologies, policies and procedures Establishes and delivers qualified candidates based on up to date job descriptions, management needs and the needs of the business. Provides excellent customer service and feedback to hiring managers and demonstrates a passion and clear understanding of the brand. Develops and successfully executes creative hands-on and online recruitment sourcing strategies. Implementation/refinement of appropriate candidate screening techniques, tools and assessment tools to continually ensure fully accurate and informed hiring decisions Ensures full legal hiring compliance. Manages compliance with all recruiting-related legal matters, including compliance with equal opportunity hiring protocols, and record keeping; and background screening and reporting Contributes to successful candidate on-boarding/hand-off to hiring manager Mentors and lead to maximize recruitment skills and competencies of direct reports and hiring management Partners with the HR Leadership to execute a fair and competitive organization compensation strategy Develop and delivers recruitment metrics to senior leadership team
Required Skills: 5+ years of solid corporate, in-house recruitment experience in a retail environment. RETAIL experience is a MUST! 2+ years of HR management or leading a recruiting function. Current knowledge of interviewing and assessment techniques and law. Proven experience in building innovative recruitment strategies and providing metrics to support metrics and trends Proven track record in "passive recruiting strategies" to build a large talent pool Ability to build relationships, communicate and work with all levels of the organization Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to be flexible, prioritize and multi task multiple projects across several fast paced companies |
