You will be trained to use a review system that can turn these "customers" into "clients." As a new advisor, you can utilize our fully-developed turn-key process and will have access to state-of-the-art tools, such as:
- Client annual review templates - Client letters - Client approach scripts - Presentation tools - Proprietary point-of-sale software - Modular financial plan templates, and more
Our new advisors, while working in the 403(b) market, are expected to prospect within their natural market to develop approximately 20 - 30% of their business. Qualifications- A proven track record of success in business or school - Desire to be a business owner with an entrepreneurial mindset - Excellent relationship-building skills - High energy level - Self-motivated and self-reliant - 4-year college degree; MBA desired - Industry designations highly desirable, such as CFP , CLU, or ChFC - Must hold or be willing to acquire Series 7 and Series 66, as well as Life Insurance licenses Compensation/Benefits PackageBase subsidy, plus percentage of commissions and fees.
