District Human Resources Manager: Factory 2-U / Fallas Paredes Stores

Primary Responsibilities:
We are seeking a a District Human Resouces Manager to provide multi-unit HR support to approximately 60 stores. Position is based in Los Angles and is respnsible for Southern California as well as Phonix AZ. Responsibilities for this highly visible position include, but are not limited to:

• Effective problem resolution based on appropriate application of corporate policies and procedures
• Conducting investigations, analyzing symptoms to determine the root cause
• Researching and interpreting policies, and providing advice/counsel to Regional and District teams
• Recruit, train and insure continued development of store management
• Ensure human resources administravtive functions (Workers Compensation, payroll, Disability, FMLA, medical and other benefits are processed)
• Recruitment of all levels.
• Partner with Director of Human Resources in developing programs to increase and maintain associate productivity.

Job Qualifications: PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE BELOW QUALIFICATIONS:

• Three to five years human resources multi-store experience and a background in retail management is desired.
• Strong Recrutiment background.
• Effective problem investagation and resolution skills.
• Proficiency with PC based word processing, spreadsheets and other relevant software including MS Word and Excel.
• Travel is required (70%).
• Skilled in written and verbal communication.
• Multi-store experience a plus.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is required.
