| Hours: | Fill in hours as needed. The Call Center is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Must be able to work at least 32 hours per month. Variable shifts. 6:30am - 2:30pm, 2:30pm - 10:30pm, and 10:30pm - 6:30am. | | Duties: | Directing all calls, messages and pages as indicated per answering service/provider protocols; screening overflow calls from the Dean On Call nurse triage line and the physician referral line; performing apointment scheduling and seminar registration functions as indicated per Call Center protocols as well as management of clerical functions within the Dean On Call department. | | Required Skills: | High school diploma or equivalent; good decision making, communication and organizational skills; pleasant, outgoing telephone manner; ability to perform multiple tasks in a busy, ever-changing environment; and previous PC training/experience. | | Preferred Skills: | Multi-line telephone experience in a medical setting. | | Comments: | | | Pay Rate: | $13.70 per hour. | |
