Help Desk
Specialist

Grace Cottage Hospital currently has an opening for
a full-time Help Desk Specialist. This position will
be responsible for Level I support which includes
diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and
software issues. The ideal candidate will function
somewhat independently in responding to requests
for technical assistance in person, via phone and
electronically. Availability for on-call rotation for
after hours support. Some help desk experience
and customer support is essential. Strong
communication and good interpersonal
skills a must.
