Reporting to the VP Stores, the Regional Manager will have P&L responsibility for 10-12 big box stores. Manage, recruit, motivate, train store managers & team to ensure a culture that fosters company's mission and values. Drive sales performance through leadership and superior visual presentation & customer service. Can live in Denver or Oklahoma City . Must have multi unit management experience for an apparel chain. Big box preferred. Additional experience as multi unit manager of a hardlines chain a plus. Demonstrated results-oriented leadership skills.
