We are seeking bright, energetic candidates, with exceptional communication and problem solving skills in the Eufaula Al. area.

Job Description:

Answer phones and respond to customer requests.

Provide customers with information.

Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.

Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system. Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved.

Research any potential issues and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Proficient with MS Word and / or Excel

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Have excellent data entry skills

All employees must pass background & credit check.
