Nakanishi Manufacturing Corporation, located in Athens, GA is hiring for the position of Human Resources Specialist Major duties are as listed below: Collect time system data and download to payroll system for processing weekly payroll. Download data to payroll system and update and transmit payroll. Audit weekly payroll and 401k contributions. Maintain the HRIS system and update salary and benefit data. Coordinate and track employee salary reviews. Liaison between benefits related providers & NMC employees for enrollment & problem resolution. Prepare and update job descriptions, conduct new employee orientations. Liaison between NMC and temporary staffing agencies. Support HR functions such as recruitment, social events, and records maintenance in a face paced work environment.A qualified candidate should possess the ability to give clear verbal and written instructions, competent computer skills using MS Excel and Microsoft Office software.
