This position is for a temporary engagement through our staffing partner WorkforceLogic. The anticipated duration of this engagement is 3 months. The duration of the assignment cannot exceed 12 months.

Associate Project Manager (Contract Position)

The Associate Project Manager will be responsible for tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables for the PLAYSTATION®Home online services. This role will play an integral role in delivering the next-generation online experience to millions of gamers. Overall, the position of Associate Project Manager is expected to partner with the organization to:

• Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables on a daily basis.
• Maintain tools and processes to facilitate effective sharing of information across functional teams.
• Document policies and procedures surrounding SCEA work flows
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

• At least 2 years of software project management experience preferred
• Microsoft Project (or equivalent) expertise.
• Experience with start-ups and early stage software development companies
• Basic understanding of game or virtual world development preferred but not required
• PMI accreditation a bonus.
• Meticulous communications skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• Application and technical training
• Lotus Notes, Computer skills, General office skills
