National Customer Analyst

DESCRIPTION:

The National Customer Analyst role will be primarily focused on Matrix support and training. This position acts as a Subject Matter Expert in the various areas of business processes and how they relate to the Coca-Cola System. This position is responsible for supporting complex projects related to Business Development. This position will be responsible for working with the existing systems available from the Coca-Cola system to complete key tasks related to Business Development/Sales Force Solution. This position will be required to thoroughly understand this business data and have the ability to analyze it to make recommendations or business decisions. This person must be able to take the responsibility of ensuring that customer implementations move forward and must be able to make business decisions independently based on analysis performed. This position will require a thorough understanding of the business processes and systems currently available within the Coca-Cola system, the various industries of our customers, and the beverage industry as a whole.



RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assists with all implementations within their functional area across TCCS (Minute Maid, Hydration, Fountain and Bottle/Can)
  • Coordinates small to medium projects within their functional area across TCCS (ie. Bottler Collection of Sales History)
  • Communicates/coordinates all status reporting and follows the CBS program management guidelines
  • Acts as Subject Matter Expert for functional areas across TCCS
  • Provides all business analysis in functional areas across TCCS
  • Interfaces with TCCS customer base and internal constituents across the TCCS sales and marketing organizations
  • Responsible for proving out business cases developed in various projects
  • Assist project manager in identifying opportunities within a project
  • Analyze return on investment throughout the life of a project
  • Responsible for communicating project details to constituents.
  • Creates processes to retrieve data from various internal and external sources
  • Meets with constituents to understand needs, finds ways to resolve issues, and creatively offers solutions to complex business opportunities
  • Creates business process flow diagrams based on project needs and Business
  • Development/Sales Force Solutions team needs
  • Provides upward, downward, and lateral communication regarding the technical and business process status of projects
  • Provides appropriate documentation and training when turning over development work to the CBS Business Services Team
  • Coordinates with the CBS Business Services Team to provide training to the field on new processes related to Business Development/Sales Force Solutions
  • Assist with technical and business issue resolution
  • Participates in team meetings and makes recommendations to improve the various environments within Business Development/Sales Force Solutions
