Marketing Services Supervisor: DreamWorks Animation

Supervisory role in the Marketing Services Team overseeing creative asset management for both internal and external client groups. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee the execution and fulfillment of all asset requests to ensure accuracy and that deadlines are met. Ensure that status of requests are updated on a regular basis and that internal and external clients are kept informed of the progress of their requests.
• Manage outside relationship with regard to TV series production assets in order to fulfill DreamWorks Animation Marketing and Consumer Products requests. Procure episodes, scripts and other assets as needed.
• Field requests for footage, stills, logos etc. Work with support staff to manage and maintain asset library (footage, presentations, logos, etc).
• Provide support on various projects, including the following: booking shoots, scouting locations, creating/editing scripts, routing videos/presentations for approval, compiling notes, working with outside agencies to provide direction.
• Provide internal media support on special projects, for example running footage and overseeing high-level presentations.

Qualifications – The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of marketing or media services experience preferably in entertainment. They should have supervisory experience with strong communication skills. This is a fast paced work environment where multi-tasking and self motivation are required. Strong computer skills required including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
