Structural Design Engineer Job Description:
Seeking a Structural Design Engineer to work in our Freeport, Maine, office. A BSCE, and registration as an EIT or PE, is required. Experience on linear projects (such as highways, underground utilities, pipelines) is required; some of it on overhead transmission lines or other T&D projects would be highly desirable. Experience with design of structures, surveying, geotechnical investigations and regulatory permitting is an added plus. Five years employment history in an engineering consulting firm is required. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to interact with and adapt to client needs, and assist junior staff.
