Position: Rental Technician

Reports to: Store Manager

Location: Beaver Creek, CO (Ritz Carlton)

Job Summary: To promote sales generation and unparalleled guest services through each guest interaction. To work as a cohesive team that will cultivate pride and professionalism in their work at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Generate sales

· Provide enthusiastic, professional guest service

· Arrive on time, with proper, clean uniform and appearance

· Protect company assets through loss prevention techniques

· Adhere to company and in-store policies and guidelines

· Answer telephones in prompt and professional manner

· Maintain merchandising standards and monitor store appearance and facility upkeep both inside and out

· Demonstrate proper knowledge of company cash handling policies and procedures

· Remain current on new industry products and trends while demonstrating knowledge of products

· Maintain all company paperwork according to policies and standards

· Access resources so that you are knowledgeable of retail/rental products and services, with the help of store managers, assistant managers and the buyers

· Attend all required training and meetings for professional growth

· Communicate with store management team and resort departments to achieve a seamless guest experience and maximize profitability
