Summary of essential job functions
• Acquire Product Knowledge, maintain store files and utilize tools/equipment
• Participate in store service, Product Knowledge classes, contractor events, etc. as needed to ensure complete service is performed
• Maintain, order and install Point of Purchase (POP) material /signage in a timely manner
• Ensure set compliance with Plan-o-gram
• Process Return to Vendor (RTV) products in a timely manner
• Perform pack-down on low stock Skus and outs on any on hands not requiring electrical equipment |

• Six months retail merchandising experience preferred or equivalent experience
• Computer literacy (knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred)
• Customer-service oriented.
• Mechanically inclined
• Ability to read and understand Plan -O-Grams
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
Physical Requirements/ Working Conditions
• Operating environment, warehouse and retail floor
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Standing for long periods of time
• Driving – Daily commute to assigned stores
• Mechanically inclined to handle drills, wire cutters, screw drivers, chain pliers, etc.
• Ability to lift and hang merchandise and product overhead
