Regional Visual Manager
(West Coast & Midwest openings)

Regional Visual Manager is expected to provide strategic and motivational leadership for an assigned region with an annual sales volume in excess of $100 million in order to generate and achieve sales goals. Accordingly, job responsibilities will include:

Responisble for the overall visual presentation within the region. Supports the company vision. Achieves sales objectives by insuring all stores within the region are following company's visual guidelines. Recruitment, development and retention of talent for an average of 10 Field Visual Merchandisers. Motivates team through engergy and enthusiasm for the business.

Minimum Qualifications:

5-8 years of experience in managing multiple districts with high volume, high transaction boutique fashion stores. Proven ability to increase sales volume and profitability. Strong written and verbal communication skills to all levels of the organization. Proven ability to recruit, train and develop personnel. Demonstrated leadership ability. Frequent travel is required.

West coast RVM should be based out of Los Angeles

Midwest RVM should be based out of Chicago, IL
