Background:
The Customer Service Representative is a member of our Service Center which is aligned within a dynamic Sales & Marketing organization. We develop an array of proprietary software applications (TJ-Xpert™, TJ-Beam™, TJ DesignMate™) that allow our strategic partners to design, layout and perform material optimization for engineered lumber and other structural frame products. This position reports to the Residential Sales Manager.

Qualifications

Key Functions: .The Customer Service Representative role provides support alignment to the Sales divisions, regions, and Customers. CSRs also work closely with manufacturing, distribution, and invoicing to meet Customer order fulfillment expectations for Engineered Wood Products as well as supporting sales of third party products. The successful candidate will deliver high quality order-entry and telephone communication services to Customers and other members of the team.
Requirements: .
  • A minimum of 6 months related work experience is required.
  • A Bachelor degree is desired.
  • Strong interest in a sales career and some sales experience preferred.
  • The successful candidate should possess a high level of initiative, aggressiveness, and can-do attitude.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated track record of success, excellent oral and written communication skills, work cooperatively and contribute to a high performing team environment.
  • Must be tenacious, creative, and have a hunger for overcoming obstacles and accomplishing goals.
  • Strong PC, MS Office and Internet skills.
  • Must have a commitment to continuous education and improvement.
  • This position is located in Henderson, CO (relocation assistance is not available).
