Region Vice President - Operations: Yost Management, LLC

Responsible for leading and directing region restaurant operations; accountable for ensuring the committment and execution of the operations and the brand promise by region and retsaurant mangement. Creates the vision and the strategy for the region to maintain focus on internal service, external service. Builds restaurant sales and profits while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilites

Internal Service - Selects and develops the region team. Ensures the region teams are engaged; ensures the environment is employee positive, fun, safe and clean. Role models the utilization of the company's systems, processes and tools. Ensures the opertaions comply with all agency laws and regulations. Communicates region and company goals and objectives. Develops and executes the region business plans.

External Service - Provides the direction and leadership to region management to achieve operations excellence in performance. Promotes a guest focused culture that delivers excellent service and a quality product. Ensures the brand image is protected.

Sales & Profits - Responsible for the region's operational and financial performance. Develops and manages the region budget. Develops the strategies and tactics for improving operational, financial and employee performance. Collaborates with Development on market growth and site devlopment.

Franchise - Supports the franchise strategy by developing strong working relationships with the franchisees in the region.

Experience : Multiunit management at aminimum of 50 units, P & L accountability of $50mm minimum. restaurant experience preferred, must be experienced in managing both line and staff supprot positions.
