We have several openings for REP - SR DISPATCH CUSTOMER SERVICE in Devon, PA.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of high school diploma required.
  • Post high school education and/or skills training in computers, communication, and customer service, or related areas.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous customer service experience in call center, or retail environment,
  • Experience with desktop computer and basic software, keyboarding, and communication (both written and verbal).

ESSENTIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Requires basic functionality of PC and Windows. Basic problem analysis skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret a variety of lists, databases, reports,
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel while processing customer service requests.
  • Excellent customer service skills including telephone etiquette, listening skills, empathy, a sense of urgency, and enthusiasm.
