Key responsibilities may include:
  • Receives, reviews, analyzes, and routes incoming correspondence
  • Handles sensitive documents in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Ordering supplies
  • Establishes and maintains records
  • Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages
  • Operate standard office equipment, including but to computer, telephone, fax, and copiers
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume environment
  • Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
  • Take direction from supervisor or site manager
  • Participate in cross-training
  • Good reading and communication skills
  • Adhere to all safety procedures
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

PBGS is currently seeking full time administrative associates who are career-minded, and able to work in a fast paced environment. A minimum of one year related experience is required. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role responsible for database management, maintaining calendars, and writing correspondences required
  • A minimum of one year experience working in a customer service environment preferred
  • Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills required, 35 wpm minimum required
  • Strong computer proficiency and work experience in email and Microsoft Windows environments is required
  • Experience in budgeting or financial analysis preferred but not required

  • Experience handling time sensitive materials required

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
  • Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
  • Government security background clearance for classified information a plus
  • Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
  • Willingness to work overtime as required
  • Good credit history with no accounts currently in collections required
  • Willingness to submit to a full background investigation
  • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screening
