MEDICAL SALES-NURSING HOME MARKET-WEST TEXAS-$100K+: Medmarket Search

IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY FOR MEDICAL SALESPERSON IN THE WEST TEXAS LONG TERM CARE MARKET. Excellent six figure+ earnings potential representing leader in nursing home market. Territory includes all of West Texas . Aggressive sales professional to drive new business and see the results in personal compensation and career growth. Compensation at plan will be $100K+, including a base of $50K, uncapped commission, plus full benefit package, car allowance, expenses and home office equipment. Top performers earn considerably more. Local candidates only-anywhere in the territory is acceptable but Lubbock is the preferred location. No paid relocation. Significant travel required.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE PROVEN TRACK RECORD AS CLOSER IN THE MEDICAL MARKETPLACE, ESPECIALLY THE LONG TERM CARE CHANNEL.

• Requires minimum two years of experience in medical sales, with strong preference for sales into the nursing home market.
• Must be able to demonstrate track record of closing medical sales.
• Aggressiveness essential-must be motivated to earn maximum commission.
• Prefer experience in medical devices, supplies or services.
• Familiarity with the long term care market a big plus.
• Business acumen, good analytical and communications skills essential.
• RN or other clinical background a plus but not required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
